We've made a list of some resources that may be helpful to our ranching family.

Livestock Feed/Water Resources

Turning cattle out on crop/crop residues?  Check nitrate levels.  NDSU Extension Agents can do a quick test.   
Watering with water holes or ponds?  Test water quality.  NDSU Extension Agents can do a quick test.   
Assistance to add water sources:

Financial Resources

ELAP (Emergency Assistance for Livestock, Honeybees, & Farm Raised Fish).  Can assist with the cost of hauling water to livestock.  Contact your local FSA office:
LFP (Livestock Forage Program).  Provides payments to livestock owners for loss of grazing forage.  Contact your local FSA office:
